CONFERENCE ROOMS
STATE OF THE ART CONFERENCE FACILITIES
***Reservations are required to leave a 15-minute gap between each other for clean up and resetting of the room.***
Keys for rooms can be picked up between the hours of 9 AM and 12 PM every morning Monday-Friday in Room 1300, or email isebstudentworker@uci.edu for a specified afternoon time. The key must be returned after use.
Each space has standards that must be kept including:
- Keep the room clean
- Wipe down the glass boards when the meeting is completed
- Turn off the TV
- Clean any trash off the tables
If a room or space is reserved with food that may overflow the room or space, you must contact custodial for immediate pick-up.
If alcohol is to be served you must go through hospitality to gain a permit.
