A/V Instructions for Classrooms 2020, 4020, and 5020

Wired Connection

1. Press Power On of the front or rear display on the left. Then click Laptop on the top.

2. Plug in the HDMI cord to your computer.

3. You are now connected!

Wireless Connection

1. Press Power On of the front or rear display on the left. Then click  Wireless Device on the top.

2. Go to http://128.200.210.40/ and download the app. 
3. Change the Wifi connection to the one with your room #.
4. Open the app on your computer and put in the 4 digit code that is showing up on the TV/projector.
5. Follow the instructions on the app.

Zoom Camera Connection 

1. After connecting to wireless screen share, open the Solstice app.
2. Click Conference and click Join. (It might require you to install a driver and restart)

3. Open zoom and select Solstice Conference Camera
   1. If the camera is still your computer’s camera, please disconnect from the TV and redo all the steps.
